Job Description
GHR Healthcare has an exciting full-time contract opportunities for Registered Nurses interested in doing homecare visits in Philadelphia. RNs will provide home care to post-acute care patients, wound care patients, patients with cardiac issues, patients with post stroke and respiratory issues, and oncology patients.
Registered Nurse Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $45/hour
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours guaranteed), Monday through Friday and some occasional weekends
- Shift: 8am-5pm
- Start & End Dates: ASAP & ongoing
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, etc. available for as low as $17/week
- Location: Philadelphia
- Provides a continuum of home health, palliative, and end-of-life care to all people, regardless of their financial circumstances.
- Meets/exceeds industry standards for home care services.
- Accreditation Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) or Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC)
Registered Nurse Job Requirements:
- Valid RN license in PA
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Two (2) years of prior homecare experience working as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Experience with Oasis is required
