Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $36/ Weekday and $38/Weekend
• Schedule: Weekend Availability
• Shifts Available: 7:00a-3:00p and 3:00pm -11:00pm and Weekend: 7am-7pm , 7am-3pm and 3:00pm -11:00pm
• Start & End Dates: Immediate & Ongoing
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits for as Low as $17/wk.

Job Requirements:

• PA LPN License
• At least one-year of prior Long Term Care experience
• Proof of Covid Vaccination
• Experience with Vision Charting system preferred
